ATD offers a variety of smaller sized Discs, such as business card (rectangular and hockey rink), 8cm (mini) Discs and custom shaped Discs.  These can be manufactured in quantities of 1000 units or more and require a longer timeframe for manufacture and are generally higher in price than standard Discs. If you want a “point of difference” then mini Discs are worth considering.
